Job Title: Senior Associate, Retail Account Management
Location: Batam

The role is to develop, influence and drive the implementation of the growth agenda for his/her area. As Sr Associate has to manage total sales in the different territories in consultation with Regional Sales Manager based on clear understanding of calendar of inputs/market growth/category growth. Develop Sales forecast for all categories based on trends, develop channel sales strategy for geography assigned in consultation with Regional Sales Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- To Implement plans, strategies, and programs formulated by Sales Operations and/or Marketing/Customer Marketing for business plan execution: coverage & distribution, infrastructure, sales budget, merchandising, and accounts receivable to achieve growth and sales objectives in his/her assigned area.
- Build trust and relationship with Distributor by providing clarity and solutions to any issue raised by them within a reasonable time frame and drive Distributor's salesforce performance
- To analyze and evaluate existing Route To Market portfolio and assist in designing and implementing cost efficient RTM strategies across all channel levels
- To draw actionable insights from available internal and external resources (DIAL, SISO, external data Nielsen, Market trends, POS sales, Inventory, and merchandising tools) to understand retail trends and consumer behaviors; and translate these insights to business building programs at trade level.
- Ensure achievement for primary & secondary sales objectives of the Area for the entire product range and to keep an appropriate level of finished goods inventory in distributor warehouses and proactively track sellout and inventory data.
- To regularly review sales reports and important documents/materials, analyze results based on available facts and figures, determine opportunities and set priorities based on what has the most pay off, identify areas which need immediate and/or long-term direction, and initiate the necessary steps/actions to correct the situation.
- Collaboration with Regional Account teams in monitoring execution modern trade in their territory, and ensure inventory supply readiness in distributor
- To ensure allocated Trade Spending/Deal resources are utilized effectively, through the development of GT plans and use of a deal tracking and evaluation system
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Bachelor degree, from any discipline with GPA > 3.00
- 3+ Years relevant work experience in sales FMCG company.
