As the Senior Associate, Sales Account Management (Central), you will be responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth for SC Johnson’s leading brands across the Central region. This role plays a critical part in developing channel strategies, executing promotional campaigns, and building strong relationships with key retail partners to achieve sales and market share targets, managing and handling direct customers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct daily store visits to manage stock counts, propose orders, and discuss monthly promotional activities.
- Ensure timely order submission and delivery coordination with the fulfillment team.
- Collect payments promptly and maintain a healthy ageing report (<60 days outstanding).
- Lead monthly reviews and quarterly Joint Business Planning sessions with key partners.
- Collaborate with merchandisers to ensure effective execution of promotional displays and optimal product availability.
- Submit M-1 promotional activity plans and coordinate with Consumer Marketing Groups for brand expansion.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to maintain optimal warehouse stock levels.
- Conduct market visits to assess consumer demand, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
- Share actionable insights with internal teams to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate trade promotions and monitor their effectiveness.
- Train and develop merchandisers on product knowledge and merchandising techniques.
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Must possess a valid driving license and own transport.
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Willingness to travel within the Central region.
