Intern, Sales & Business Development

Location: Mijdrecht, Netherlands

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our dynamic team at SC Johnson Netherlands.
This newly created role will support the Associate Manager, Customer Marketing
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment, with exposure to customer management, financial tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of creative briefings for advertisements and marketing materials

• Coordinate with external marketing agencies to plan and execute campaigns

• Support the team in day-to-day marketing and sales activities

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table

• Help monitor campaign performance and gather insights for optimization

Experience you’ll bring:  

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken).

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Strong interest in FMCG and brand marketing
• A true team player with excellent communication skills
• Proactive, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
