ABOUT THE ROLE
- Support the Home Cleaning team handling calendar management, meeting coordination (on-site and off-site), domestic and international travel arrangements, and supply orders.
- Create and manage purchase orders, prepare for meetings, and assist with presentations, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exhibit exceptional discretion, communication, and organizational skills while working effectively cross-functionally and independently.
- Demonstrate initiative, urgency, resourcefulness, and adaptability, maintaining confidentiality and decisiveness amid shifting priorities and pressures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calendar and Meeting Management: Oversee calendar management, including the scheduling, planning, and coordination of meetings both on-site and off-site. Arrange domestic and international travel, and manage the ordering of supplies to ensure seamless operations.
- Purchase Order Management: Create, manage, and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures, while supporting the financial processes of the department.
- Meeting Preparation and Presentation Support: Prepare for meetings by organizing necessary materials, including presentations, and providing support to ensure effective and efficient execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Independent Work: Work effectively across various teams and functions, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently. Address and resolve issues by leveraging resourcefulness and initiative in a dynamic environment.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
- Proficiency in proofreading, grammar/punctuation, and telephone support
- High degree of professionalism and comfort in dealing with all levels of management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Interest in working in a team environment
- Strong analytical/critical thinking skills
- Thorough handling and follow up on projects, assignments, and routine tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Position is Full-Time, usually regular business hours, Monday-Friday
- Must be flexible for calls/meetings across global time zones
- Office work environment
- This role is NOT eligible for domestic relocation
- This position is not eligible for remote work
