This role is responsible for leading a team of Accounting Analysts focused on Fixed Assets and Bank Reconciliation processes, ensuring compliance with corporate and accounting policies. It guarantees accurate, timely and complete submission of management reports and country-specific deliverables. Additionally, the role coordinates the SSC budget and the Latam charge-out process.
Furthermore, this position plays a key role in driving the digital transformation of the R2R function by supporting automation initiatives and leveraging analytics to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
This role requires close collaboration with other leaders within the R2R leadership team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team of 4 analysts
Supervise operations related to fixed assets and bank reconciliation, ensuring SLAs compliance
Perform account reconciliation of assigned accounts
Provide accounting / USGAAP support
Assist internal (GIA) and external audit processes
Manage SSC Expenses, including forecasting and actuals
Promote an Operational Excellence (OpEx) culture by driving process improvement and standardization
Foster a high-performance environment through role modeling and talent development
Coordinate and drive the digital transformation agenda for R2R, focusing on automation and analytics
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
7+ years of relevant work experience in Accounting / Finance processes
Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
Strong SAP skills and proven ability to resolve business challenges
Advanced English proficiency
Advanced knowledge of auditing and internal controls, ensuring compliance with global policies and SOAR controls
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities
Ability to identify and implement digital solutions that enhance end-to-end process efficiency.
