ABOUT THE ROLE

The Customer Marketing Associate focuses on driving customer engagement, retention and loyalty through targeted marketing campaigns and iniciative.

The rol involves collaborating with sales teams to align marketing strategies with customer needs.

The level of work includes executing campaigns, managing customer communications, and contributing to cross-functional projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development and follow up of Plans.
• Deployment of tactic plans for specific Channels and Clients
•  New Development Products launch strategy, follow up to distribution and communication plans
•  Participation in Sales &Operations process, being accountable of forecasting plans.
•  Special Packs and Club Packs development and implementation .
•  Point Of Sale Campaigns support in order to achieve 360 impacts on consumer.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

• 3 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing.
• Experience with digital tools (Nielsen, Diechter &Neira, Discover)
• Advanced English
• Business Administration or Marketing Studies.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

• Strong communication
• Travel availability 25% .  
•  Project management
•  Strategic thinking.

Job Requirements:

• Full-Time
• Remote work once a week for eligible employees (4x1)
• This position is not eligible for relocation
