Senior HR Operations Specialist
Location: Warsaw
Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our HR Delivery Center Team.
This is a great opportunity to work in an international HR environment, supporting employees and stakeholders across EMEA and taking ownership of a broad range of HR Operations activities.
In this role, you will manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle, support complex employee cases and work closely with Local HR, Payroll, Centers of Excellence and other HR teams. You will also have the opportunity to improve processes, work with HR data and systems, support projects and share your knowledge with other team members.
We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and looking for better and simpler ways of working.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely delivery in line with SLAs.
Handle employee queries, complex cases and escalations, working with relevant stakeholders to find effective solutions.
Act as an expert in HR systems, supporting adoption and identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
Ensure HR processes are compliant with internal policies and relevant regulations, including audit support and documentation.
Analyze HR data and trends to identify root causes and provide insights that support better decisions.
Partner with Local HR, HRDC teams, Centers of Excellence, Payroll and external vendors to ensure effective service delivery.
Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain high-quality process documentation, SOPs and training materials.
Support HR Operations projects, onboarding and training, while sharing knowledge and mentoring junior team members.
Experience you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Human Relations or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR Operations, HR Shared Services or similar HR background.
Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
Confidence working with HR systems and tools; knowledge of Workday would be an advantage.
Ability to work with HR data and documentation and contribute to process improvements.
Proven ability to partner with different HR stakeholders, ideally within an international or matrix organization.
Exposure to payroll inputs, audits or HR projects would be an advantage.
Fluent English and Dutch
