Sr. Analyst/Lead - Quality Engineering
Quality Engineer
- Drive quality throughout the product development lifecycle and manufacturing process.
- Define product defects, AQLs, and quality acceptance criteria for FAT, TSLT, PPV, and PLQ.
- Develop Quality Control Plans and lead PFMEA, process validation, and Cpk studies for new products and manufacturing processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support design reviews and successful new product launches.
- Lead supplier qualification audits and evaluate manufacturing capabilities to ensure compliance with SCJ quality standards.
- Lead component qualification activities for new mold development and product commercialization.
- Apply statistical and quality engineering tools to improve product quality, process capability, and operational performance.
- Provide technical guidance, deliver quality training, and communicate SCJ quality requirements across External Manufacturing partners.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve supplier quality, manufacturing performance, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with SCJ Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) policies and standards in all activities.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of quality management systems, QC tools, and ISO standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
- Ability to monitor quality performance and drive improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across manufacturing, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, independent, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to lead quality projects independently and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Hands-on experience with quality engineering tools, including FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, AQL, Sampling Plans, Capability Studies, Problem Solving, DOE, Gage R&R, and Supplier Quality Audits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is an advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
DESIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Experience in Quality Management System (QMS) auditing, preferably ISO 9001.
- Relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering.
- Good command of spoken and written English.

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Quality system auditing experience: ISO 9001:2000, GPM
- Relevant engineering experience
- Good command in spoken and written English
- Ability to drive and have personnel car license
