Are you ready to advance your logistics career in a high-performing FMCG environment?

We are looking for an Analyst, Logistics Operations to oversee distribution center (DC) operations, transportation execution, and 3PL performance across Japan.
In this role, you will drive customer service excellence and cost optimization by managing daily primary/secondary transportation, mitigating delivery risks, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Customer Fulfillment) and external partners (3PLs, carriers) to ensure seamless operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Transport & Logistics Execution: Responsible for finished goods domestic secondary transportation (customer delivery) and primary transportation (RDC transfers & Contract Manufacturing transfers) across DCs.

• Delivery & Risk Monitoring: Monitor sales orders (SO) and in-transit shipments; flag delivery risks/constraints to Sales and Customer Fulfillment teams early.

• 3PL & Performance Management: Manage day-to-day LSP performance, follow up on non-conformances, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and provide KPI/SRM reporting.

• Operations & Administrative Support: Process Non-Production Purchase Orders (PO) and MIGO via SAP, and assist with processing LSP invoices and rush payments.

• Continuous Improvement & Cost Saving: Drive operational process improvements and execute cost-reduction initiatives across the logistics network.

• Compliance & Quality: Ensure compliance with ISO standards, financial audits, safety, quality, and global/regional policies.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Transportation Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in logistics operations, transportation, or supply chain (Experience in LSP / 3PL is a strong plus).

• Practical knowledge of SAP (PO, MIGO, SO tracking).

• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, root-cause analysis mindset, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills.

主な業務内容

• 輸送・物流オペレーションの実行管理: 配送センターにおける完成品の一次輸送（RDC転送・委託製造先輸送）および二次輸送（顧客配送）の統括・実行管理。

• 配送モニタリング・リスク管理: 出荷・配送状況や受注データ（SO）を監視し、配送制限や遅延リスクがある場合は営業やカスタマーフルフィルメントチームへ迅速に共有・対応。

• パートナー管理（3PL/LSP）と品質改善: 協力会社（3PL）の日常的なパフォーマンス管理、不具合発生時のフォローアップ、根本原因分析（RCA）の実施およびKPI・SRMレポートの作成。

• SAP運用・事務処理サポート: SAPを使用した非生産資材の発注（PO作成）、入庫処理・在庫移動（MIGO）、LSPからの請求書処理や至急支払の対応支援。

• コスト削減・業務改善施策の推進: 物流ネットワークにおけるコスト削減アイデアの発案・実行、および輸送プロセスの継続的改善。

• コンプライアンス遵守: ISO規格、財務監査、安全・品質基準、およびグローバル/リージョンのコンプライアンスプログラムの遵守。

応募要件

• サプライチェーン、輸送管理、工学系、または関連分野の専門学校・大学卒以上の学位

• 物流オペレーション、輸送管理、またはサプライチェーン領域での実務経験3年以上（物流企業・3PLでの職務経験があれば尚可）

• SAPの基本操作経験（PO作成、MIGO、SO確認など）

• 中級以上の MS Excel スキルおよびデータ分析能力

• 課題解決力、根本原因分析（RCA）能力、社内外ステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーション力

• 日本語および英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション力
