You will be a key contributor within the Global HRIS Operations Support team, responsible for sustaining HR systems and applications while delivering responsive client support. Collaborating with stakeholders within HR and other functions, you will work to keep systems running smoothly and supports ongoing improvements. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their expertise in HR technology and enterprise systems.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Conduct case investigations and root cause analysis; perform HRIS transactional actions across Workday, MyHR (ServiceNow), and other HRIS-owned systems.
- Develop and administer EIB templates, ensuring quality control, security alignment, and data integrity for mass data uploads.
- Maintain custom Workday reports and respond to report inquiries in line with domain governance.
- Contribute to and maintain the global HRIS front-office knowledge repository.
- Participate in system maintenance activities, including Workday releases and ServiceNow upgrades, with responsibility for testing and regression execution.
- Lead HRIS workstreams or manage key cyclical processes as a subject matter expert in assigned domains.
- Mentor peers and support team capability building through onboarding and knowledge sharing.
What you will bring - Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, HR, or related discipline required
- 1-2 years of experience in Workday Human Capital Management or Application Management Services (AMS)
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Knowledge and Experience in any Workday modules, processes, and operations: HCM, Absence/Time Off, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Compensation, System Administrator
- ServiceNow admin experience
- Experience in Building and Modifying Standard and Custom reports, addressing issues/inquiries on all developed reports.
- Experience in Workday Releases, Regression Testing of new configuration changes as part of enhancement/implementation.
- Workday Pro or equivalent qualification or training preferred
- ServiceNow certification or equivalent qualification preferred
Job Requirements:
- Permanent, Full-time employment
- Onsite work setup (M-F); remote work is available once a week after 3 months (4x office + 1 day wfh/week)
- Willing to work on EMEA and NA hours for case intake and collaboration; shifting work schedule might be required depending on the critical deliverables and the urgent requirements of countries supported
- This role is not eligible for relocation
