Job Title: Senior Associate, Category Management and Shopper insight

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Department: Sales Operation – Sales

• As a senior associate, category management and shopper insight, you will be responsible for provide guidance and thought partnership to internal and external stakeholders through in-depth understanding and data synthesizing of categories, shoppers, and key touchpoints on the path to purchase. Partner with sales and trade marketing to identify business growth opportunity in retail environment and turn into action plan

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides data analysis support to the sales organization and support shopper insight data for JBP and T2T and business review.
• Own Country report and scorecard.       
• Develops report templates and commentary to aid the Sales Team better analyze trends and performance indicators          
• NPD’s and competitor movement tracking.
• Update POG guideline with NPD, Re-stage and discontinue
• Own category management & perfect store.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related
• At least 3+ years of experiences in shopper data management, Category management.
• Familiar with AC Nielsen data, EGGs data, EYC data, Kantar report and SPACE MAN application. 
• Strong Computer skills, Microsoft Office
• Strategic thinking, lead effectively, communicate regularly, problem Solving & decision making with good follow-up are key capabilities beside analytics.
• Past working experience in FMCG industry is preferred
• Fluent in English (both written & verbal)
• CAN DO attitude is a MUST!
