Key Account Manager

Overview

Key Account manager will be responsible for the management of dedicated key international customers (chains). The work includes management of in-store activities and close co-operation with the Field Sales team.

Key Account manager bude zodpovedný za riadenie pridelených kľúčových zákazníkov z rad medzinárodných reťazcov. Práca zahŕňa riadenie exekúcií v predajniach a úzku spoluprácu s tímom Field Sales.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should have already gained experience within a commercial environment, ideally in Sales department as Key Account manager or as Area Sales Manager.

The Key responsibilities of the role will include:

•          Selling SC Johnson products to the Slovak trade partners

•          Independent handling and driving development of dedicated customers

•          Realization of sales targets within customer group

•          Management of trade investments

•          Management of in-store executions in close co-operation with the Field Sales team

Ideálny kandidát by mal mať už skúsenosti v komerčnom prostredí, ideálne v obchodnom oddelení ako Key Account manager alebo ako Area Sales Manager.

Medzi kľúčové zodpovednosti funkcie bude patriť:

• Predaj produktov SC Johnson slovenským obchodným partnerom

• Riadenie rozvoja pridelených zákazníkov

• Realizácia predajných cieľov v rámci skupiny zákazníkov

• Riadenie obchodných investícií

• riadenie exekúcií v predajniach a úzku spoluprácu s tímom Field Sales

Experience you’ll bring:

•          We’re looking for someone who is passionate, proactive and keen to develop further.

•          Fluent in Slovak and at least intermediate level of English

•          Commercial background with work experience, 1-3 years of Sales Experience in FMCG is a must

•          Analytical skills

•          Computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook)

•          Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

•          Strong negotiation skills and ability to prioritize

•          Ability to drive for results with high degree of initiative and speed

•          Strong team player, able to build relationships at all levels

•          Residence in area of Bratislava/Nitra/Trnava

Hľadáme niekoho, kto je zapálený, proaktívny a má chuť sa ďalej rozvíjať.

• Plynule hovorí po slovensky a anglicky alespoň na strednej úrovni

• Obchodné zázemie s praxou, 1-3 roky Sales Experience v FMCG je nutnosťou

• Analytické schopnosti

• Počítačové znalosti (MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Schopnosť efektívne komunikovať so všetkými úrovňami organizácie

• Silné vyjednávacie schopnosti a schopnosť určovať priority

• Schopnosť dosiahnuť výsledky s vysokou mierou iniciatívy a rýchlosti

• Silný tímový hráč, schopný budovať vzťahy na všetkých úrovniach

• Bydlisko v lokalite Bratislava/Nitra/Trnava

Job Requirements:

•          Full-time

•          5 days (Monday-Friday)

•          Práce na plný úvazek

•          5 dní (pondělí - pátek)
