About the Role
The purpose of this role is to strictly comply with the process to validate documentation for the creation /changes in the vendor master to comply with Global Internal audit requirement.
Also to open the post, scan, and index invoices with accurate time on timely basis.
This role is also required to actively support the Accounts Payable Associate Manager in both routine tasks and process improvements.
This role does not support domestic or international relocation
This role is for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract
Responsibilities
Ensure accounting process performs to Service Level Agreements within the SSC
- Checking Vendor Master portals on daily basis, check the requests and complete the request with timely manners.
- Be able to understand and resolve parked invoices that relate to Vendor master issue.
- Performing ad-hoc analysis, query management, identification, and resolution of service delivery issues.
- Replying to the queries that comes from vendors or Business partners on timely manners.
Customer satisfaction
- Develop customer relationships with our internal Business partners/vendors and provide a high-quality service to all stakeholders.
- Resolving vendor requests and country queries efficiently, accurately and on time.
Quality and integrity of financial information provided by the SSC
- Ensuring the appropriate controls are operational to maintain the quality and integrity of financial information to comply with auditing requirements.
- Ensuring consistency of process by following best practice.
Owning the accounting to reporting process
- Identification and implementation of process improvements, with ability to competently share knowledge and learnings.
- Sharing of knowledge with SSC staff including healthy contribution in team meetings and team objectives.
Experience you'll bring
- Able to demonstrate previous delivery of process improvements.
- Strong experience of working to deadlines with excellent attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Strong numeracy skills
- European language preferable
