ABOUT THE ROLE:

The position of Sales-Graduate Trainee is responsible for supporting Key Account Managers in Turkey on all SC Johnson Turkey brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Closely monitor competitive activities and escalate to take proactive measures.
  • Consistently track customer orders&demand&case fill ratio collaborating with customer supply teams.
  • Closely monitor sell out performance for catalogues and instore activations
  •  Store based instore execution planning with collaboration.
  • Track results of customers regularly and reporting to Key Account Managers, to create collaboration between logistic partner, which is Borusan, customers and sales team.
  • Monthly format base portfolio check sku by sku and reporting to Nam and Kams.
  • Meeting minutes follow up and escalate the due date of urgent actions.
  • Support KAMs to prepare the story telling decks for each customer visit.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING:

  • Proven analytical skills and ability to manage the business ‘’by the numbers’’. Analytical problem-solving abilities and ability to work with data.
  • Willing to success at FMCG.
  • Native in Turkish and fluent in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering or related degree.
  • Advance Microsoft office skills (excel, PowerPoint etc.)

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS:

  • Positive impact, if there is a sales internship among previous experiences.
  • Overall relationship management
  • Demonstrated ability to perform well in a dynamic working environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Full time
  •  No travel restriction
  •  Visiting Regional Client’s WH with Kam (%10 of total time)
