Sales Operation & Perfect Store Associate

•                 Umraniye, Istanbul - Turkey

Overview:

We are looking to employ a Sales Operation & Perfect Store Associate to support the Commercial team by providing data analysis and insights for the region. This person will partner with customer marketing to develop and execute trade marketing tools, as well as managing 3rd party merchandising partners

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Sales KPl's for Turkey sales team by providing insight, tracking and auditing.
• Provides insight to Sales, Customer Marketing and Marketing teams with key Point-of-Sales analytics based on different sources (Nielsen, customer B2B data, sell out etc).
• Automate sales systems, create user friend reports, try and learn new tools, facilitate their implementation to field teams.
• Following Perfect store KPIs with Key Account field team and provide internal reports accordingly.
• Coordinate point-of-sale merchandising for the field sales & merchandising team and make sure all materials are executed on the field.

Experience you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's degree or above in a reputable university
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales or relevant operations management experience in the FMCG sector.
• Native in Turkish, fluent in English.
• Exposure to and general understanding of FMCG market in Turkey.
• Advanced computer skills (Advanced in Excel, Power BI and other MS Office tools)
• Active driver's license (Class B)
