Job Title: Analyst, Logistics Operations

Location: Jakarta - Pulogadong

Department: Logistics

This role involves ensuring document accuracy, managing shipments, and coordinating loading/unloading while handling SAP transactions. It also includes optimizing warehouse operations by managing inventory and product master data, supporting quality control, and implementing process improvements. Workplace safety, adherence to 5R principles, and operational support are key priorities, along with contributing to logistics projects and maintaining efficiency. Additionally, reporting and achieving logistics performance targets are essential responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure document accuracy by matching with the system, coordinating corrections, and organizing files systematically.
• Monitor shipments and coordinate loading/unloading while handling SAP transactions and related documents.
• Maintain warehouse efficiency by managing storage, inventory, and product master data while supporting quality control processes.
• Participate in logistics improvement projects, set process standards, and enhance productivity.
• Prioritize workplace safety, follow 5R principles, and provide operational support when needed.
• Submit and update key reports for inventory, warehousing, and shipments while working towards logistics performance targets.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelor’s in any related field
• Background from Industrial Engineering or any relevant field
• Minimum 3 in warehouse operations

Job Requirements:

• Permanent – full time job
• No relocation eligibility
