Role: Regional Sales Manager - Western Ukraine

Internally the position is called Senior Associate, Sales Account Management.

Location: Khmelnytskyi/Ternopil/Frankivsk/Lviv/Vinnitsia - Ukraine

Overview:

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager - Western Ukraine will be responsible for working with our distributor - Forward. This role would involve travelling across 10 regions in Western Ukraine + Cherkasy and Kirovograd.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving the company's sales goals and increasing market share in the respective territory;
  • Maintaining and deepening partnerships with the distributor and key customers;
  • Conducting local long-term and short-term planning of the company's business development in the region;
  • Development, approval and high-quality implementation of promotional activities in key customers;
  • Preparation of budgets and cost control;
  • Monthly inventory planning, sales plan implementation;
  • Maintaining and deepening relationships with key customers
  • Regular visits to customers/distributor branches in the respective territory.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales (working with key clients, in traditional sales channels);
  • Good leadership and management skills;
  • Higher education;
  • Ukrainian - fluent; English - not lower than intermediate level (B2 level)
  • Analytical mindset, ability to plan;
  • B category driver's license and sufficient driving experience (2+ years)
  • Good knowledge of Windows & MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).

  • High communication skills - experience in negotiations, mastery of negotiation techniques, ability to respond promptly to customer comments and needs;
