Associate, Junior Key Account Manager eCommerce

ROLE SUMMARY
Ecommerce is the number one strategic pillar of SC Johnson’s growth strategy, making this an excellent opportunity to join the team in a newly created and incremental role.
This position will support the management of ecommerce within the company, working cross-functionally with local and regional teams to ensure operational execution, achievement of business objectives, and optimization of digital processes. The Associate will collaborate closely with the Associate Manager Ecommerce to implement key initiatives, enhance the customer experience on digital platforms, and contribute to the growth of the online business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Pure Players Junior KAM
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the Amazon Associate Manager as well as ownership of Amazon Fresh
Analyzing and sharing actionable insights based on data to maximize business opportunities within the channel, including assortment, online media, and promotions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement SC Johnson’s digital shelf strategy, through best-in-class content, supply chain agility, creative updates, and SEO optimization.
Partner with existing suppliers to improve Digital Shelf effectiveness (ex: Profitero)
Lead an execute our quick commerce strategy, in partnership with our distributor. Including Glovo and new business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
The key skills required for this role are:
Business School Master or equivalent university degree
Knowledge of the ecommerce ecosystem and its dynamics is a plus.
Working experience in a major FMCG company is a plus.
Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and oral)
Strong communication and team worker, able to build relationships at all levels and both internal (different teams) and external (customers/partners) in an ambiguous environment.
Strong management of Microsoft Office, mainly Power Point and Excel.
Drive for results with high degree of initiative, autonomy and speed.
You need to be eligible to work in the country of application.
This role is not eligible for relocation.
Remote work available once a week for eligible employees.
