The Modern Endpoint Engineer is a member of the End User Productivity (EUP)- Endpoint team. The EUP team is a global team responsible for the management and delivery of client solutions that address current and future business needs.
You are responsible for Modern Endpoint Management, including Windows, iOS, and macOS devices. In this role you will support the delivery and operation of modern endpoint services across Windows, iOS, and macOS devices. You will focus on build and run execution, including implementation of endpoint solutions, support of day-to-day operations, and participation in issue resolution and escalation handling.
You will work closely with Service Owners and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver reliable endpoint services aligned to defined standards, while contributing to continuous improvement efforts through operational insights and execution feedback.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for Modern Endpoint Management solutions and drive process, system, and product enhancements.
- Design and build modern endpoint solutions (Windows, iOS, macOS) for SCJ application and infrastructure owners, including device management.
- Stay current with industry trends and collaborate with Service Owners to maintain expertise across the endpoint ecosystem (hardware, OS, apps, security).
- Ensure MSP compliance with standards and SLAs/XLAs, act as escalation point, and monitor performance metrics.
- Partner with Service Owners to innovate solutions, define priorities, and ensure adherence to infrastructure management processes (change, work, problem management).
- Manage vendor and partner relationships, coordinate escalations, and lead or contribute to strategic and operational projects.
- Provide documentation, strategic planning support, and 3rd-level operational support, including off-hours coverage for global teams.
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related technical discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience with a global enterprise-level service.
- Experience in Endpoint and Desktop Management space including but not limited to systems design, implementation and support.
- The ideal candidate will have a skill-set that includes a wide breadth of infrastructure related technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- User-centric design thinking.
- Assimilate new information quickly.
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Working with Managed Service Providers
- Communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems
- Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and the ability to offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a “can do” attitude in a team environment
- Self-motivated, self-directed person
- Ability to work with and support a globally dispersed team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve; creates actionable operational plans and involves others as needed

- Microsoft and/or JAMF certifications are a plus

Job Requirements:
Full-time, direct employment
Onsite work setup; once a week work-from-home after 3 months
Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Mondays to Fridays)
Flexibility to attend US AM meetings and to work in an EU shift for timebound projects.
Overtime might be required depending on the critical deliverables
