Role: Brand Manager

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Overview:

Having brand responsibility, you will be working with the Associate Manager to ensure best in class execution of the customer marketing activation, in order to meet business objectives in terms of sales, profit and share. Key to this will be working closely with the local sales team and category management team to identify customer/shopper priorities and insights.

This is not purely a consumer marketing (you will not be developing new products) job but rather a trade marketing / brand marketing job.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the annual activation plan for the brand, outlining key initiatives and timelines
  • Develop and prepare annual marketing support plans for key strategic partners
  • Conduct meetings with clients with local sales team to discuss strategies, plans, and progress, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction.
  • Prepare comprehensive launch plans for major customers
  • Ensure excellence in sales execution at the point of sale (POS)
  • Manage the brand’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation
  • Ensure that projects are executed appropriately and in a timely manner, consistent with the agreed parameters with the Cluster

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Min 4 years’ experience in a mix of Trade/Customer Marketing, Category Managment, Brand Marketing or Sales;
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or similar
  • Solid analytical skills with experience using market data (e.g. AC Nielsen) is a must
  • Fluent in Polish and English, both written and oral

  • Previous experience in FMCG is highly needed

This role is not eligible for relocation.
