Overview
High performance individual responsible for providing OPEX functional Leadership in all its work streams (Process Excellence, Operational Excellence, Capability Building) as well as supporting and project managing multiple parallel initiatives across the HR Delivery Center to achieve efficiency & effectiveness uplift. Responsible for ensuring development and consistent application of OPEX methodology in the HR Delivery Centers, at all levels.
Responsibilities
Collaborates and cooperates in the creation and implementation of OPEX goals and objectives focusing on quality and on-time delivery of OPEX services/output.
Interact with key stakeholders to drive and influence process improvements through Process Excellence, Focused Improvements
Facilitate OPEX workshops, trainings, problem solving sessions linked to process improvement projects, in accordance to organizational goals and priorities
Responsible for successful implementation of OPEX initiatives
Engage functional managers, team leaders and analysts to participate and facilitate working sessions to deliver global process standardization, in partnership with other Global Delivery Centers
Influence the HR Delivery Centers, at all levels, to achieve and sustain a high-performance Process Excellence “Continuous Improvement” culture throughout the organization
Ensure compliance, sustainability and control of improvements implemented across all projects
Monitor the health of the process via support in driving process metrics, organizational design, and scorecard implementation to generate proposed OPEX initiatives.
Communicate OPEX initiatives and accomplishments.
Experience you’ll bring:
Understanding of OPEX principles and Lean Six Sigma methodology
Previous experience in HR Project Management
Proven experience in facilitating and training both in-person and remote
HR Shared Service Cross-Functional exposure
Strong Qualitative/Quantitative analytical skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
Foundational knowledge of Workday
Relevant Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification will be an asset
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow to support the HR Delivery center team with questions as well as dashboard and reporting needs
