Location: Arese, Italy

About the Role

The Field HR Intern You will support our team on multiple projects across the country group, gaining exposure to different facets of HR management. This position offers a unique opportunity to acquire practical experience in multiple HR processes within a dynamic and people-oriented organization. You will have your own area of responsibility in daily operations, allowing you to develop valuable skills and take ownership of tasks.

Learning Opportunities
As a Field HR Intern at SC Johnson Italy, you will:

  • Enhance HR Policies and Procedures: Gain hands-on experience in improving and implementing HR policies, ensuring they align with best practices and legal requirements.
  • Employee Engagement and Employer Branding: Participate in projects that boost employee morale and strengthen the company's brand as an employer of choice.
  • Training and Development: Assist in preparing and conducting training sessions, helping employees grow and develop their skills.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Learn the processes involved in welcoming new employees and ensuring smooth transitions when employees move within or outside the organization.
  • Event Organization: Develop skills in planning and executing company events, contributing to a positive employee experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the EMEA Center of Expertise and HR Delivery Center Team, gaining insights into regional HR strategies and operations.

About the Team/Department
The Field HR Team acts as a key partner to business stakeholders on all employee matters, across the South Europe Cluster (Italy, Greece, Romania, Serbia, Israel).

Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative tasks in the HR department, including enhancing HR policies and procedures and addressing employee queries.
  • Participate in HR projects around Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, as well as own project assignments.
  • Actively contribute in preparing and conducting trainings, organizing company events, and boosting our employee experience.
  • Provide administrative support to HR processes such as Onboarding, Offboarding, and Training & Development of employees.
  • Cooperate with our EMEA Center of Expertise and HR Delivery Center Team.

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Student / Recent graduate with a focus on business administration/HR or similar.
  • Availability for a 6-month internship.
  • Business fluent in Italian and English; further language skills are a plus.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel).
  • You need to be legally eligible to work in the country of application.
