Job Title: Associate Manager – RTM and Sales Capability
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Department: Sales Operation – Sales
As the Associate Manager, RTM and Sales Capability, you will be responsible for develop channel strategies for sales department. Work closely with cross functional team, both sales and customer marketing to identify the best-in-class channel execution as well as determine the proper structure and right partner to be company’s distributors in local market. He or She main responsibility is to manage the overall sales tools and data management for sales department, reporting to Manager – Sales Operation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- CHAMPION THE RIGHT ROUTE TO MARKET STRATEGIES - to effectively and efficiently reach the targeted distribution depth & breadth
- DEFINED SUCCESS MATRIX AND MEASURED KPI – for each channel with defined tracking of channel performance/ JBP/scorecard
- CO-LEAD ON PERFECT STORE EXECUTION– for each region by development of toolkits in-store and online.
- PROVIDE STRATEGIC CHANNEL EXPERTISE– in identifying distribution, channel structure and coverage improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate working with Customer MKT to build commercial plans by channel and specific customers’ executions –Thought Leadership
- To lead RTM project and ensure smooth RTM plan execution
- Quarterly Update for Weekly JBP Report and Quarter Result in ASEAN scorecard
- Arrange Quarterly Distributor Meeting
- Project monthly achievement Update
- Lead Monthly Commentary Report
- Leading sales Team capability
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related
- At least 8+ years of experiences in customer management, channel development especially GT market and trade marketing
- Strong Computer skills, Microsoft Office
- Strategic thinking, Lead effectively, Communicate regularly, Problem Solving & Decision making with good follow-up are key capabilities beside analytics.
- Past working experience in FMCG industry is preferred
- Fluent in English (both written & verbal)
- CAN DO attitude is a MUST!
