The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 63,680.00 CAD - 83,580.00 CAD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. As a family company, benefits are a key piece of our Total Rewards package as well and we’re proud to provide a comprehensive, competitive, and differentiated benefits program that our people and their families value.The Associate, Ecommerce Analyst plays a key role in supporting the reporting, media, and sales operations of the ecommerce division. This position offers broad exposure across ecommerce functions, including sales reporting, performance analysis, forecasting, and digital content execution.In this role, you will work hands-on with data, tools, and cross-functional partners to help the team make informed decisions, develop digital content, forecast new items and identify trends. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive; someone who can extract insights from data, communicate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ecommerce Reporting & Insights
- Develop, manage, and distribute ecommerce sales and share reports.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.
- Communicate findings to internal teams to support strategic decision‑making.
Digital Content Support
- Assist in the creation and execution of digital content briefs.
- Support agency relationships and coordinate content delivery.
- Support product content syndication and uploads to retailer platforms.
Sales Forecasting
- Support Amazon forecasting by maintaining and updating forecasting models.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on demand assumptions.
- Provide ongoing guidance and visibility into forecast drivers and changes.
Category & Market Monitoring
- Track and summarize category, competitor, and industry trends.
- Share insights regularly to support broader ecommerce strategy and planning.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
- University degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and clear, effective communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical ability, with the capability to investigate data and draw meaningful conclusions.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
- Experience in ecommerce, CPG, retail media, or related fields is an asset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong MS Office skills.
- Office work environment, remote work is available once per week for eligible employees.
