The Sr Associate,Sales,Analysis is responsible for ensure excellence in point-of-sale execution, monitoring product display, planograms, merchandising materials, and brand visibility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:

• Ensure excellence in in-store execution, monitoring product display, planograms, merchandising materials, and brand visibility.
• Monitor in-store performance indicators, such as out-of-stock (OOS), shelf share, sell-out, product presence (distribution), and adherence to execution standards.
• Support the Sales and Trade Marketing teams in implementing campaigns, promotional activities, and initiatives aimed at category growth.
• Analyze opportunities to improve execution, generating insights and recommendations to increase brand presence, competitiveness, and conversion at the point of sale (POS).

REQUIRED SKILLLS:

• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Power BI and familiarity with sell-out reports, store audits, and field tracking systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or Currently pursuing a degree
• Focused on improving brand visibility, availability, execution, and conversion in
