About the role
A dynamic and strategic Brand Manager role leading the Air Care category ( Glade® ) across Egypt, North Africa Levant, and Morocco. This role is key to driving sustainable and profitable growth in a fast-paced FMCG environment through:
- Consumer-driven innovation
- Insight-led brand strategies and impactful media execution
About the Team/Department
You will report to the MENAPT Air Care Marketing Manager and be part of a collaborative, agile, and performance-driven marketing team within a leading FMCG organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development and execution of innovation projects to drive incremental category growth and market share.
- Identify and activate new growth opportunities through portfolio optimization, whitespace expansion, and consumer-centric product development.
- Apply strong analytical skills using tools like Nielsen to assess market dynamics and brand performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key teams including Customer Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Commercialization, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive media strategy and execution to deliver high-impact, efficient, and effective campaigns tailored to the Egyptian market.
Experience you’ll bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG brand management or consumer marketing.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in fast-moving consumer goods.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities.
- Hands-on experience in media planning and execution is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
