Logistics and Transportation Intern

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Function: Logistics & Transportation

It is 6 months office based internship.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Supply Chain Logistics & Transportation Intern, you will support the coordination and accuracy of shipment documentation, ensuring smooth document flow between suppliers, systems, and logistics partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review shipment documents to verify accuracy of key details such as weight, SKU, and dimensions.
• Ensure all required documents are correctly prepared and uploaded to CargoX.
• Monitor the receipt of hard copy documents from suppliers and follow up as needed.
• Check shipment documentation against a predefined checklist and follow up on any missing items.
• Coordinate the physical pick-up and delivery of documents once they are ready.
• Review and update the import tracker to ensure accurate and complete information from all stakeholders.

Experience you’ll bring:

• A recent degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Some knowledge of shipping processes and documents is a plus
• Comfortable using Excel and digital tools
