The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 134,400.00 USD - 176,400.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. About the Role

As the Manager, Equity & Media to Cart, you will lead the development and execution of brand equity strategies, media-to-cart processes, and integrated marketing communications. You will work closely with the creative agencies, brand marketing portfolio teams, OMNI and design teams to drive brand growth and ensure a seamless consumer journey from awareness to purchase.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Brand Equity and Strategy:

  • Define brand equity strategy, including leading brand positioning, creative development, managing IAT agency relationships, SOW, brief development, FOCO strategies, and creative execution.
  • Craft a holistic brand communication strategy across vehicles, leveraging Marketing Mix Analysis learnings, including asset development for Social, ATL, BTL, and developing activation platforms.
  • Lead strategic partnerships, including creative asset development and packaging design (if applicable).
  • Partner with agencies and marketing portfolio teams to develop brand assets, including creative content for Integrated Marketing Communication plans.
  • Partner with OMNI to develop retail media strategy & plans and shopper asset development.

Media to Cart and Marketing Innovations:

  • Develop and execute media-to-cart strategies to drive online and offline conversions, ensuring seamless consumer journeys from awareness to purchase.
  • Leverage understanding of consumer/shopper motivations and behaviors to develop winning marketing plans.
  • Lead annual planning with the IAT, including agency briefs, audience strategy, and communication/media strategy and plan.
  • Define the Platform/Program/Pulse strategy for activation and asset for accountable brands.
  • Drive implementation of the media-to-cart and omnichannel planning process, setting timelines, managing completion of strategy and activation plans, and coordinating feedback.
  • Develop effective media strategies and plans with media agencies and partners.
  • Responsible for managing SOW and OOP budget, including national promo and partnership with OMNI on shopper budget.


    Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
    • 5+ years of related work experience or 3-5 years with an advanced degree.

    Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:

    • 5-7 years of marketing experience in developing consumer products.
    • Leadership of cross-functional teams.
    • Successful partnerships with agencies and ability to leverage IMC assets into execution.
    • MBA preferred.
    • Passion for creativity and innovation.
    • Comfortable working in ambiguity and able to turn that to advantage.
    • High sense of urgency.
    • Demonstrated team leadership and development.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    Job Requirements:

    • Full time onsite role in Chicago ,IL  
    • Core collaboration hours are 9 AM - 3PM; flexibility outside these hours to meet a standard 40+ hour work week and evolving business needs
    • Office work environment: Remote work available once a week for eligible employees
    • This role is eligible for domestic relocation
