ABOUT THE ROLE

At SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands, we’re reimagining how household products are made, moved, and experienced. As a Senior Analyst, Supply Planning, you’ll play a critical role in keeping iconic brands like Method and Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day on shelves and in homes by ensuring the right finished goods are in the right place at the right time.

In this role, you’ll lead Finished Goods planning across our external manufacturing network, balancing demand, inventory, and service performance in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment. You’ll also own Finished Goods readiness for New Product Launches, partnering closely with Marketing, Commercial, Manufacturing, and external suppliers to bring innovation to market seamlessly. From proactively mitigating supply risks to continuously optimizing inventory across the distribution network, your work will directly support both business growth and customer satisfaction.

Success in this role comes from strong cross‑functional collaboration, sharp analytical thinking, and the ability to translate data into clear, confident planning decisions. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated problem solver who thrives in complexity, brings solid systems expertise, and communicates with influence—both internally and with contract manufacturing partners.

If you’re excited by the challenge of shaping supply outcomes for purpose‑led brands and want to make an impact at scale, this is your opportunity to do meaningful work that moves fast and matters.
