E‑Commerce Senior Associate (Retail Account Management)
Location: Egypt

Overview:
As E‑Commerce Senior Associate, you will play a key role in driving growth across our online retail channels. You’ll build strong partnerships with major e‑commerce customers, lead the execution of joint business plans, and contribute directly to category and brand performance. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategic customer relationships while working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver excellence in execution. You will report to the Manager, Retail Account Management.

You will join the Sales team, collaborating with a high‑performing group focused on building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with customers. The environment is fast‑paced, data‑driven, and highly collaborative.
About the Role:
This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with key customers to drive mutual growth in sales, market share, and profitability. This role involves creating and implementing short- and long-term business strategies, managing brand performance, and ensuring the successful execution of product and commercial innovations. The position requires strong collaboration with both external partners and internal cross-functional teams to deliver excellence across all retail channels.
Responsibilities:
- Execute business plans to meet or exceed financial objectives.
- Build and maintain collaborative, long‑term partnerships with key e‑commerce customers.
- Optimize distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising to drive conversion and visibility.
- Maintain productive working relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Leverage analytical tools and multiple data sources to generate insights and support category growth.
- Analyze sell‑out performance, reporting and closing customer‑level data to guide decision-making.
- Drive category growth through insights and strategic recommendations.
- Deliver top‑line, shipment, and share goals by executing JBP plans at the customer level and ensuring perfect in‑store and online execution.
Experience You’ll Bring:
- 1–2 years of proven experience in e‑commerce roles.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with strong academic performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
- Valid driver’s license.

Job Requirements:
- Full‑time position based in Egypt.
- Standard corporate working schedule.
- This role is not eligible for relocation.
- Office‑based; remote work options depend on local policy.
- Minimal travel unless required for customer meetings.
