In this position, you will lead procurement initiatives that deliver measurable results in cost optimization, supplier management, and compliance. You will collaborate with regional supply chain leaders and cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that improve performance and reduce complexity. Responsibilities

• Deliver AMET External Manufacturing commitments on cost, cash, compliance, quality, and customer service.

• Develop and deploy network strategies to improve performance and reduce complexity.

• Lead supplierselection, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

• Manage RFI/RFP activities focused on total cost of ownership and operational effectiveness.

• Negotiate and execute supply contracts and pricing strategies.

• Act aspointof escalation for supply issues and ensuretimelyresolution.

• Ensure compliance with global procurement policies and processes.

• Support cross-functional value engineering programs tooptimizeproduct cost structures.

• Partner with R&D and marketing teams to enable innovation through external manufacturing.

• Drive process optimization and support data analytics and reporting for global procurement.

ExperienceYou’llBring

• 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in external manufacturing or direct materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

• Fullproficiencyin English (written and spoken).

• Strong experience in managing contractual relationships and supplier negotiations.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.

• Analytical mindset with solid financial and cost-saving understanding.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in a multinational FMCG environment preferred.

• Proficiencyin MS Office and SAP.
