Internal Job Title: Senior Associate, Retail Account Management

The Senior Associate, Retail Account Management plays a key role in driving in‑store excellence across an assigned portfolio of retail accounts. This position is responsible for leading merchandiser execution and owning account performance to support the achievement of sales and business objectives.

The role partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong product distribution and high merchandising standards, including full compliance with channel must‑sell lists, on‑time execution of promotional activities, and effective utilization of POSM and channel planograms. By building strong, long‑term relationships with key outlet buyers, this role helps deliver superior in‑store presence and consistent execution that strengthens SC Johnson’s brands at the point of sale.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set monthly KPI and activity guidelines for merchandisers

  • Coach merchandisers in ensuring a good team commitment

  • Plan and cascade sales targets and objectives into each store and merchandisers.

  • Closely tracking, follow up – follow through the targets, objectives and KPIs as well as giving solution for any sales gap to ensure achievement.

  • Analyze sales and market situation as well as consult with Superior for necessary solutions for sales growth, attack competition and business opportunities.

  • Build or leverage relationship to partnership and working closely with key customer contacts

  • Ensure for good implement in store advertising/ activation/ decoration to build awareness for consumer/ shopper

  • Manage Sell-In, Sell-Out and Stock Availability

  • Ensure smoothly for ordering and receiving of store level in assigned area

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economic, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) with 2 years experience in managing Key Accounts, International Accounts management will be an added advantage

  • Ability to lead team, good team commitment

  • Good command of spoken and written English

  • Computer literate (MS Office)
