The Graphic Shared Services Regional Associate Manager (RAM) is accountable for the end-to-end management of graphics execution for the assigned region, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant delivery of local packaging artwork that reflects the design intent defined by ICB Category Marketing teams.

This role acts as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the graphics ecosystem, coordinating across Marketing, RDE, Regulatory, Supply Chain, translation services and external pre-media partners.

The RAM leads and develops a distributed regional team, manages artwork portfolio and capacity planning, and drives continuous improvement across graphics processes to improve speed, quality and efficiency while preventing workload conflicts and bottlenecks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Best in class execution of local label and shipper creation

  • Accountable for regional performance metrics including quality, speed () and efficiency (FFU, RFT, Reloops, cycle time).

  • Accountable for the completeness of Local Text in the Label Content Tool (LCT) within Web Center (WC)

  • Ensures local graphic requirements are incorporated into local labels and shippers

  • Acts as an escalation point for the Local Graphics Specialist (LGS) role, as well as key contact for local teams, pre-press agencies and translation services

  • Graphic process governance including compliance, enforcement & exception approval where required

  • Responsible for the effective auditing of process adherence

  • Responsible for maintaining established global standards across all cluster teams in region

  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights.

  • Serves as the single point of contact for Graphics within the region for Category Marketing and other business stakeholders.

  • Aligns priorities across cross-functional partners to ensure clear ownership and smooth execution ensuring visibility across projects, timelines and dependencies. Identifying potential overlaps and/or synergies.

  • Responsible for regional graphics forecasting and for prioritizing X-category artwork workload to deliver critical projects.

  • Responsible for direct management of the Local Graphics Specialists (LGS) team located in the region (SCJ employees and/or contractors, i.e. Agency On-sites)

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in relevant field

  • Strong experience in graphics, packaging artwork management or Project management within a complex, matrixed organization.

  • Change-management mindset with the ability to drive adoption of new ways of working.

  • Strong influencing skills with cross-functional partners and external vendors

  • Excellent verbal and written communications for variety of audiences (all levels internal, multi-functional, external companies)

  • Strong planning, prioritization and portfolio management capabilities.

Job Requirements:

  • Permanent – first shift position who will need to periodically attend off-shift Online calls to interact with the global GSS team and local team members. 

  • Periodic travel will be necessary to effectively manage a global team; however, it is expected to be infrequent.

  • No relocation eligibility
