Associate Manager, Retail Account Management

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business plans for key retail accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Drive category growth through merchandising, promotions, and shopper insights.
• Lead Joint Business Planning and conduct annual business reviews with retailers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
• Conduct field visits, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities behind sales fundamentals
• Support field sales teams with guidance, training, and operational excellence.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management within FMCG.
• Proven track record managing International Key Accounts (IKA) and Pharmacy chains.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic influencing skills.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.
• Excellent presentation and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel nationwide and engage in fieldwork.
