As the Regional FP&A Manager – Sales, you will play a critical role in shaping how these brands win in the marketplace. By partnering closely with Country Managers and Sales Leaders, you will translate commercial strategies into disciplined financial plans, influence key investment and pricing decisions, and ensure resources are deployed to maximize profitable growth and brand equity. Your insights will directly impact business performance across markets and channels.

Working closely with the Sales Leadership team, you will help translate commercial ambitions into actionable financial plans, ensuring delivery against both financial targets and strategic priorities for the account teams. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with operational excellence will be key to enabling sustainable performance across the business.

In addition, this role serves as the leader of the Sales Finance team, with full responsibility for people management. You will build and develop a high-performing team through effective recruiting, coaching, and career development—creating a strong talent pipeline and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Lead & Achieve:

  • Provide financial leadership and business counsel for the assigned sales account teams to enable revenue growth and improve account profitability

  • Collaborate with sales teams to prepare sales and trade spend forecasts, identifying risks & opportunities and developing contingency plans to deliver budget commitments

  • Perform complex finance activities, including monthly and ad hoc financial statement analysis and commentary, pricing analytics, scenario modeling. Ensure accuracy of month and year-end financials

  • Lead in preparing analysis of trade spending (pre-event and post-event ROI) and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of trade spending

  • Proficient in ROI analytics and trade-off analysis of sales and marketing spend. Provide financial counsel to cross-functional teams, improving decision making and developing solutions to address business issues

  • Drive simplification initiatives and best practices in coordination with rest of cluster finance team

  • Play integral role in preparation of internal/external presentations and ongoing appraisal of customer plans

  • Additional special projects and ad hoc analysis

What you’ll bring: 

You’re someone who combines commercial excellence, strategic thinking, and a winning leadership mindset. To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

  • +7 years of direct/relevant experience

  • Strategic thinking and demonstrated experience in providing financial support to executives

  • Ability to summarize and communicate financial analysis in a clear, succinct and fact based manner to enable speed and quality of decision making

  • Strong accounting, financial and data driven analytical skills with Supply Chain and/or Commercial experience

  • Proven ability to build, develop, and inspire high-performing FP&A Sales teams, fostering collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement

  • Ability to generate breakthrough ideas and means of providing the business with long term sustainable competitive advantage

  • Focus on identifying and implementing process Improvements

  • Proven ability to lead project teams and work cross-functionally to deliver against business priorities. Ability to influence, lead projects and effectively collaborate to achieve objectives and produce results.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and contend with a wide range and complexity of business problems

  • Demonstrate the capacity to assess disparate data streams and distill them into meaningful and, ultimately, actionable strategic recommendations

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, SAP, BW, and BPC

Job Requirements:

  • Full time position based in Kuala Lumpur.

  • 5-10% travel within ASEAN

  • Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees
