ABOUT THE ROLE
The Associate Manager, ServiceNow Platform Developer is an individual contributor is responsible for design, code and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform. The role also handles tasks like architectural changes, integrations, new modules implementations and overall platform optimization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, implement, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM solutions, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
Develop and configure workflows, automations, and integrations using ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric, scripting, and integration frameworks.
Ensure data consistency, integrity, and compliance across ServiceNow and integrated enterprise systems through monitoring, troubleshooting, and audits.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, reliable ServiceNow solutions.
Support, optimize, and maintain CMDB data models and service mappings to enable accurate reporting, service visibility, and impact analysis.
Implement AI-driven automation and platform enhancements, including Now Assist for ITSM, continuous improvement initiatives, and release upgrades.
Provide platform governance and operational support, including technical troubleshooting, documentation, integration ownership, and support for Change Management, ARB, and SDO Platform Owner activities.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and IT systems integration.
Proficiency in integration technologies and tools, such as APIs, web services, and middleware.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and ability to converse effectively and fluently in both business and technical terms.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Demonstrated ability to implement and mature technology solutions.
Project management experience.
Proven customer-centric mind set.
High motivation, self-starter, flexibility, common sense, and can-do attitude.
Relevant certifications in ServiceNow
Job Requirements:
Permanent, full-time employment
Onsite work setup (M-F); 1 day remote per week after 3 months (4x office + 1 day remote/week)
Midshift (flexible working hours); flexible to work in EMEA and US time zone if necessary
This role is not eligible for relocation
