ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Associate, HRIS plays a key role in managing and optimizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to support HR operations and enhance efficiency. This position is responsible for maintaining analyzing HR data, system integrity, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide on-going, front-line support to sustain enterprise HR Systems and update HR Systems Data through case management.
Tasks include:
- Case investigations and analysis (RCA) and application of transactional system admin actions. On the Workday application, this includes rescinds, reassignments, corrections and similar tasks. On MyHR (ServiceNow), this includes case reassignment, closure etc. Other HRIS-owned system actions are also within scope.
- EIB Template Development and Administration. Perform quality control of mass data uploads and security alignment to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Maintenance of custom Workday reports and address inquiries on developed reports within established governance by domain lead.
- Global HRIS Front-office knowledge repository contribution and maintenance.
- Active participation in periodic systems maintenance activities such as the Workday Release and ServiceNow upgrades. Responsibilities include new feature testing and familiarization and regression testing orchestration and execution
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, HR, or related discipline required
- 1-2 years of experience in Workday Human Capital Management or Application Management Services (AMS)
- Knowledge and Experience in at least 2 of the following Workday modules, processes, and operations: HCM, Absence/Time Off, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Compensation, System Administrator
- ServiceNow admin experience
- Experience in Building and Modifying Standard and Custom reports, addressing issues/inquiries on all developed reports.
- Experience in Workday Releases, Regression Testing of new configuration changes as part of enhancement/implementation.
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Certification in Workday – Core HCM Trainings, Report Writer
Job Requirements:
- Permanent, Full-time employment
- Onsite work setup (M-F); remote work is available once a week after 3 months (4x office + 1 day wfh/week)
- Dayshift or midshift (flexible hours), Mondays thru Fridays
- Willing to work on EMEA and NA hours for case intake and collaboration; shifting work schedule might be required depending on the critical deliverables and the urgent requirements of countries supported
- This role is not eligible for relocation
