You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, client-focused support for SC Johnson’s global HR technology platforms, including Workday, ServiceNow (MyHR), and other HRIS-owned systems. You will focus on executing transactional and configuration support, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to system sustainability through hands-on technical work and collaboration with HRIS leadership and domain leads.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
1. Case Management & Transactional Support
- Investigate and resolve HR system support cases, including root cause analysis and execution of transactional system actions (e.g., rescinds, corrections, reassignments).
- Manage case workflows in ServiceNow, including reassignment and closure, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Escalate complex or systemic issues to the Associate Manager or Domain Leads as appropriate.
2. Data Administration & Quality Assurance
- Develop and maintain EIB templates for mass data uploads in Workday.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance with security protocols.
- Support cyclical data activities such as merit planning, salary updates, and holiday calendar maintenance.
3. Reporting & Analytics Support
- Maintain and troubleshoot custom Workday reports.
- Respond to report-related inquiries in alignment with domain governance.
4. Access & Security Maintenance
- Administer and audit user access across HR platforms, ensuring compliance with established governance.
5. System Configuration & Testing
- Support standard configuration changes across HRIS platforms by gathering requirements, estimating effort, and executing changes under the guidance of domain leads.
- Participate in system testing activities, including Workday releases and ServiceNow upgrades, with a focus on regression testing and feature validation.
6. Knowledge Management & Enablement
- Contribute to the HRIS knowledge base by documenting solutions, processes, and FAQs.
- Stay current on system updates and participate in training sessions to maintain technical proficiency.
7. Workstream Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Lead HRIS workstreams or own key cyclical processes, serving as a subject matter expert in designated domains.
- Mentor peers and contribute to team capability building, including onboarding and knowledge sharing.
What you will bring - Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, HR, or related discipline required
1-2 years of experience in Workday Human Capital Management or Application Management Services (AMS)
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Knowledge and Experience in any Workday modules, processes, and operations: HCM, Absence/Time Off, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Compensation, System Administrator
ServiceNow admin experience
Experience in Building and Modifying Standard and Custom reports, addressing issues/inquiries on all developed reports.
Experience in Workday Releases, Regression Testing of new configuration changes as part of enhancement/implementation.
Workday Pro or equivalent qualification or training preferred
ServiceNow certification or equivalent qualification preferred
Systems background highly preferred (strong HRIS configuration background in Workday, ServiceNow and/or Kronos)
Job Requirements:
Permanent, Full-time employment
Onsite work setup (M-F); remote work is available once a week after 3 months (4x office + 1-day wfh/week)
Willing to work on EMEA and NA hours for case intake and collaboration; shifting work schedule might be required depending on the critical deliverables and the urgent requirements of countries supported
This role is not eligible for relocation
