As Associate Manager, Marketing Commercialization – Air Care, you will serve as the Senior Brand Manager for a strategic portfolio of Glade segments in Mexico. You will own the end-to-end brand strategy, P&L performance, innovation pipeline, and integrated communication strategies for your portfolio, driving profitable growth through market share expansion, successful New Product Development (NPD) launches, and consumer-centric brand building. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Air Care & Home Storage, you will work closely with regional and global teams, as well as cross-functional partners, to translate consumer insights into winning strategies, deliver commercial excellence through flawless commercialization, and strengthen the brand to drive sustainable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Business Leadership

  • Own the annual brand strategy and business plan for the assigned Glade portfolio in Mexico.
  • Deliver sustainable business growth by achieving market share, sales, profitability, and brand equity objectives.
  • Own the P&L for the assigned portfolio, identifying growth opportunities and recommending actions to maximize business performance.
  • Translate consumer, shopper, and market insights into strategies that strengthen Glade's competitive position and accelerate category growth.

Media, Digital & Brand Building

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated communication strategies across ATL, Digital, Retail Media, E-commerce, and other consumer touchpoints.
  • Own the media strategy and investment for the assigned portfolio, maximizing marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Partner with creative, media, and digital agencies to develop impactful locally relevant campaigns that strengthen brand equity and drive business results.
  • Leverage consumer, shopper, and digital insights to continuously optimize communication performance and consumer engagement.

Portfolio Growth & Commercialization

  • Drive portfolio growth by identifying opportunities for line extensions, fragrance collections, limited editions, and local portfolio optimization.
  • Lead the commercialization and go-to-market execution of assigned New Product Development (NPD) launches, ensuring flawless cross-functional execution.
  • Partner with the Project Management (PCM) team to ensure effective planning, coordination, and execution of portfolio initiatives, including line extensions, fragrance collections, and NPD launches.
  • Partner with the Innovation team and ICB to successfully deploy key initiatives and local platforms while maximizing local business opportunities.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, R&D, and Regional Marketing.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to adapt global strategies into locally relevant plans while sharing market learnings and best practices.
  • Develop compelling business cases, selling stories, and executive presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Brand Management, preferably within FMCG companies.
  • Proven experience managing brand strategy, portfolio growth, and business performance, including P&L accountability.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies across ATL, Digital, Retail Media, and E-commerce.
  • Experience leading the commercialization and go-to-market execution of New Product Development (NPD) launches.
  • Experience managing media investment and partnering with creative, media, and digital agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using syndicated market data (e.g., NielsenIQ) and consumer insights to drive business decisions.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business planning, and portfolio management skills.
  • Ability to analyze quantitative data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders within a matrix organization.
  • Strong business ownership mindset with the ability to make decisions, take accountability, and deliver sustainable business results.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and drive business impact without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Mexican market, consumers, and retail landscape.
