Sr. Associate - Marketing Home Cleaning

Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Mr. Muscle and Drano brands in Mexico, with full accountability for P&L performance. Drive brand growth through portfolio strategy, innovation, integrated media planning, and cross-functional leadership to deliver sustainable and profitable business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the end-to-end brand strategy for the Mr. Muscle and Drano brands in Mexico, driving sustainable business growth and strengthening brand equity.
  • Own the P&L for both brands, with full accountability for business performance, from top-line revenue growth to bottom-line profitability.
  • Develop and execute brand strategies, including portfolio management, innovation, brand positioning, and long-term growth plans.
  • Lead the integrated media and communications strategy, optimizing marketing investments to maximize return on investment and business impact.
  • Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis, translating them into actionable business strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, RD&E, and Global Marketing) to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Brand Manager in FMCG companies, leading brand growth strategies.
  • Experience developing and executing brand strategies, including ATL, BTL, and Digital media planning, as well as integrated communication plans.
  • Experience managing media agencies, optimizing marketing investments and ensuring the achievement of business KPIs.
  • Experience working with creative agencies, leading the development of advertising campaigns, communication assets, and brand innovation initiatives. Strong understanding of P&L management, with the ability to assess the financial impact of marketing decisions on sales, profitability, and overall business performance.
  • Experience in new product development and commercialization, from opportunity identification through successful market launch.
  • Experience leveraging market and consumer insights using tools such as Nielsen and Kantar to support strategic business decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for business analysis and executive presentations; experience with Canva and AI-powered marketing tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a results-oriented mindset, cross-functional leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to execute high-impact initiatives.
