Overview
This is an entry-level (with possible 1 yr experience in Demand Planning) position designed to provide foundational experience in demand forecasting and supply chain planning. It involves hands-on work with data analysis, forecasting tools, and reporting systems to support accurate demand planning. The role will support the end-to-end demand planning cycle, including data gathering, forecast generation, and performance tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to improving forecast accuracy, which directly influences inventory levels, customer service, and cost efficiency.
- Identify trends and insights from sales and market data to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance) to align demand plans with business objectives.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and systems.
Experience you’ll bring:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas); experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and demand planning tools (e.g., APO, O9, Kinaxis, Anaplan) is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of statistical forecasting methods and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas); experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
