The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 81,520.00 USD - 106,995.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

As Senior Analyst, Sales Account Management - Target you will be responsible for supporting the Pest Control and Air Care SCJ Account Managers at Target along with owning analysis and insights to support sell in of key innovation and executional programs. In this role, you will demonstrate an understanding of syndicated reporting, inventory, trade promotions and controls, while bringing positivity and eagerness to learn and grow. You will possess strong collaboration skills and ability to synthesize and present data/insights, working across levels of the organization with a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate for this role is flexible and can stretch into roles with increasing responsibility and leadership experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable for executing key activities assigned to achieve growth objectives

  • Build strong external partner and cross functional relationships that unlock opportunities which drive sales, market share and profit growth

  • Work with Leadership on annual business plans aligned with priorities of Managers/Directors and partner cross-functionally to execute the plan

  • Identify ongoing distribution, promotion, and merchandising opportunities and develop recommendations and solutions that are aligned with corporate and customer goals

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant business experience

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or Mass Channel

  • Category/shelf management or Trade Marketing experience, Syndicated data analysis, Internal planning and forecasting system understanding

  • Previous Selling or Category Analyst (internal or external) experience and retail financial knowledge

  • Understanding of the Mass Channel or Target business model and the key drivers that impact the P&L at the customer and within a CPG company

  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with buyers and building customer relationships

  • Previous experience providing strategy and direction to customers and employees

  • Ability to motivate cross functional groups to common goals

  • Ability to build relationships with customers adding value to the process

  • Ability to adapt to changing work and customer demands

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full-time onsite role in SCJ Minneapolis, MN office

  • 10% Travel

  • This role is not eligible for relocation

  • Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees

  • This is a rotational position. The candidate assuming this role will be required to transfer to another assignment after 2-3 years. The next assignment may require relocation.
