Responsibilities:
- Have access to the email accounts of Country Manager to manage their calendar and appointments and answer or redirect routine enquiries from internal or external sources.
- Receive and screen phone calls of Country Manager and redirect them when appropriate
- Arrange travels for all mancom members
- Advises, supports, assists and collaborates on special projects which are highly complex, and involve creation and oversight of cross functional teams.
- Participate and eventually plan internal events such as sales convention or workshops
- Help the Great Place To Work teams (Camaraderie/Pride/Respect) with their events and projects
- Support HR with diverse projects such as Seniority Rewards or vaccination campaign
- Manage and follow-up the punctual requests of Country Manager
- Follow-up the projects’ steps and deliveries
- Activities may include preparing documents and presentation materials; drafting letters and official information releases; arranging and attending meetings such as mancom meetings and townhall meetings; taking and distributing minutes.
- Handle confidential information/documents and maintain the security of the executive’s records and files.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Be the link between the management team and the employees
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible organizing events
- On boarding new hires: organization of on boarding meetings based on hiring manager instructions / prepare welcome pack and welcome desk
Experience you’ll bring:
- Ability to make complex synthesis,
- Comfortable with the I.T. tools and systems,
- Fluent in French and English
