Summary:

his internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in packaging design, development, and testing. The intern will work closely with our packaging engineering team to support various projects, improve packaging solutions, and enhance product sustainability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of packaging solutions for SCJ products including Home Cleaning & Pest Control

• Conduct packaging experiments to optimize packaging compatibility and customer/ SCJ requirements

• Participate in testing and evaluation of packaging prototypes to ensure compliance with SCJ requirements/protocol

• Support /prepare the laboratory documentation process, including observation, recording testing data, results, and reports.

• Perform packaging testing in-house/ external parties.

• Assist in the assessment of sustainable packaging initiatives and evaluate the environmental impact of packaging materials.

• Help maintain packaging inventory and manage samples for testing and evaluation.

• Maintain a safety, clean and organized laboratory workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

• Minimum 6 month of internship durations

Job Requirements:

• Permanent – full time job

• No relocation eligibility
