The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 93,600.00 USD - 122,850.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

The Associate Manager, eCommerce Accelerator is the single-threaded owner responsible for eCommerce performance of a particular category (Home Storage or Air Care) with a primary focus on retail media strategy and execution leadership across priority retailers/marketplaces. This role drives profitable growth and share gains by translating business objectives into clear investment tradeoffs, performance targets, and an operating cadence that turns insights into actions.

Working closely with internal partners (Brand, Sales, Finance, Supply/Planning) and with Flywheel as the executional partner, this role is expected to be highly “in the details”—setting briefs, directing optimization priorities, ensuring execution quality, and coordinating cross-functionally to remove conversion blockers through media-to-shelf integration (PDP readiness, content gaps, merchandising, and availability recovery). You will work across priority brands, parter with agencies, brand, sales, and our broader eCommerce team to deliver sales and market share growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

eCommerce Strategy & Performance Ownership

  • Own the Glade eCommerce acceleration strategy on Amazon, aligned to business and commercial objectives (growth, profitable share, conversion, and digital shelf outcomes).
  • Define quarterly performance plans, priorities, and measurable targets; translate business strategy into eCommerce actions across media-to-shelf levers.
  • Lead investment tradeoff recommendations within Glade retail media (allocation by segment/tactic/funnel), grounded in performance data and commercial impact, optimizing toward key KPIs such as DPVT, ROAS, NTB, share, CVR, while running structed test and learn programs.
  • Lead Amazon workstreams for NPD launches: develop Amazon-first launch plans for innovation, Create & Maintain NPD launch frameworks; coordinate with innovation, brand, sales, and supply chain for launch readiness.
  • Commercial & brand activation support: translate brand strategies into Amazon activation plans, partnering with sales on assortment, portfolio health, pricing, and promo guidance. And, support upper funnel activations within the Amazon ecosystem with the brand team.

Retail Media Execution Leadership (via Flywheel)

  • Partner with Flywheel to lead execution governance, including performance briefs, pacing, QA, and weekly optimization decisions that drive in-flight changes.
  • Establish and run a weekly operating cadence (e.g., WBR) that drives decisions, clear actions, and measurable performance improvement.
  • Own test-and-learn agenda for retail media (new formats, targeting, creative learnings, measurement approach) and ensure learnings are captured and applied.

Media-to-Shelf Integration & Conversion Improvement

  • Lead coordination to close conversion blockers by aligning retail media with digital shelf readiness (PDP content gaps, search discoverability inputs, merchandising readiness, and ratings/reviews signals).
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure tentpoles, launches, and recovery moments are supported by cohesive execution plans across media, content, promo, and operational readiness.
  • Identify and escalate risks (e.g., suppressed listings, OOS-driven performance declines) and drive recovery action plans with owners.
  • Own the digital shelf and content health, driving best in calss PDP content, Ratings & Reviews, SEO, Brand Store updates, and partnering closely with teams across Salsify and Vendor Central to identify issues and close gaps.

Insights & Decision-Making

  • Track and analyze performance across retailers and tactics; diagnose drivers, identify opportunities, and translate insights into prioritized actions.
  • Build executive-ready performance narratives (what happened, why, what we’re doing next) to inform stakeholders and accelerate decision-making.
  • Partner with Finance and relevant teams to support ROI orientation and guardrails that protect profitability while driving growth.
  • Track Amazon ecosystem shifts and propose scalable pilots; drive learning agendas across media, content, and digital shelf.

Collaboration, Influence & Partner Leadership

  • Serve as a primary cross-functional point of contact for Glade eCommerce acceleration, aligning internal stakeholders to shared priorities and timelines.
  • Lead agency/vendor partnership management (Flywheel governance) to ensure timely, high-quality execution and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate through relevant planning processes (e.g., S&OP touchpoints as applicable) to ensure eCommerce plans are executable and aligned to supply realities.

Competitive & Retail Landscape Monitoring

  • Monitor retailer/platform changes, competitive activity, and digital commerce trends to identify risks/opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Translate platform and shopper dynamics into actionable recommendations for Glade performance improvement.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce, retail media, digital commerce marketing, shopper marketing, or omnichannel marketing with demonstrated performance accountability (or advanced degree with 3+ years relevant experience).
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional work through influence and managing external partners/agencies.
  • Experience owning retail media strategy and performance across major retailers/marketplaces (in-house or agency), including investment tradeoffs and optimization governance.
  • Strong digital commerce and retail media fluency (retailer ad ecosystems, onsite search, and media-to-shelf linkage).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into decisions (insights → actions), including comfort with retailer reporting, digital shelf signals, and performance diagnostics.
  • Experience building operating cadences (e.g., weekly business reviews), driving accountability, and improving execution quality through partners.
  • Strong commercial/financial acumen and ability to operate with profitability guardrails.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with tools/data sources such as Profitero, retailer tools, and performance reporting platforms (exact toolset not required).

  • This role is eligible for domestic relocation.
  • Office work environment: Remote work available once a week for eligible employees.
  • Travel <10%.
