ABOUT THE ROLE

As the International Consumer Brands Graphics Project Manager, you will lead the creative development of packaging graphics and related assets for international markets. You will manage project and portfolio priorities, timelines, and deliverables while identifying risks and cross-functional dependencies to enable Right-the-First-Time delivery of Design Intent to regional teams.

You will manage a high-volume, cross-category portfolio and provide clear visibility into project priorities, status, risks, and key dependencies. You will connect global, regional, local, and agency partners to deliver graphics in line with business commitments. You will also ensure regional print quality requirements are considered early in the creative development process to help reduce rework, delays, and execution costs.

In this role, you will drive continuous improvement and standardization of graphics processes, systems, tools, and ways of working to improve speed, quality, visibility, and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and manage ICB graphics project timelines from ideation through Design Intent delivery, aligning work with business priorities and First Arrival Date (FAD) commitments.

  • Manage the cross-category portfolio view, providing stakeholders with clear visibility to status, priority shifts, key deliverables, risks, and decision needs.

  • Lead the handoff of ICB Design Intent and creative graphics materials to regional and local teams, ensuring requirements, timing, ownership, and execution expectations are clearly understood.

  • Identify and resolve cross-market and cross-functional conflicts, facilitating decisions, tradeoffs, mitigation plans, and escalation when priorities, timing, resources, or requirements compete.

  • Manage artwork workflows, reviews, approvals, and assets within WebCenter, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and related graphics systems.

  • Engage global and regional print quality managers (RPQM) early in creative development to confirm feasibility, reduce downstream rework, and minimize delays and execution costs.

  • Drive creative agency adherence to corporate, brand, and graphics standards and guidelines.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report key graphics performance measures, including creative cycle time, revision rounds, and Right-the-First-Time performance, to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, cycle time, efficiency, visibility, and cost.

  • Support graphics technology, automation, systems, and workflow enhancements by helping identify, prioritize, and implement capabilities that improve ICB graphics execution.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Communications, Art & Technology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.

  • 2+ years of project management experience managing complex timelines, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional deliverables.

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Experience managing packaging graphics/artwork for international markets.

  • Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of concurrent graphics projects across multiple categories, countries, regions, or markets.

  • Knowledge of packaging artwork, graphics workflows, prepress, and production processes.

  • Experience working with creative and/or pre-media agencies.

  • Experience with Esko WebCenter, DAM systems, MS Project Pro, or comparable tools.

  • Demonstrated success improving processes, quality, cycle time, efficiency, and/or cost.

  • Strong project management, prioritization, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive accountability without direct authority.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across functions, cultures, and organizational levels.

  • Resourceful, adaptable, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • This is a full-time, first-shift position requiring periodic attendance at off-shift Teams calls to collaborate with the global GSS team and local team members.

  • Office work environment. Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees following a 90-day onboarding period.
