ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Associate Manager, HRIS ServiceNow Technical Lead, you are at the forefront of enabling modern, scalable HR technology solutions for a truly global organization. You join the Global HRIS (Human Resources Information System) team responsible for delivering and supporting enterprise HR platforms—including Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos, and related systems—serving employees across 60+ countries. In this role, you are the technical authority for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). You design and deliver scalable solutions, lead system enhancements, and drive configuration and optimization efforts that ensure platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement. Partnering closely with HR, IT, and global stakeholders, you translate business needs into impactful technology outcomes that elevate the employee experience worldwide.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Configure HR Systems with a focus on ServiceNow by building application components, integrating software, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and maintaining technical documentation

  • Lead and support integrations with Workday and other systems using ServiceNow Spokes (e.g. DocuSign, Workday) ensuring seamless data flow and functionality

  • Coordinate and investigate ServiceNow Customer Alerts, collaborating with internal team and vendors to resolve issues efficiently

  • Oversee ServiceNow platform upgrades, including planning, testing and deployment

  • Govern and maintain ServiceNow microsites, ensuring alignment with branding, content standards, and user experience best practices

  • Support and manage training initiatives for HRIS and HR teams, including developing training materials, coordinating sessions, and tracking completion to ensure compliance and user readiness

  • Oversee outsourced resources to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality standards, and client requirements, in accordance with contractually established terms and conditions

  • Stay current with ServiceNow product updates, best practices, and industry trends to recommend platform enhancements aligned with organizational goals

  • Lead collaboration in creating and maintaining 3-year ServiceNow HRSD feature and capability roadmap.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and managing ServiceNow platform architecture including HRSD and integration frameworks

  • 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow Spokes (e.g. DocuSign, Workday) and experience implementing and managing integrations

  • 1+ year of experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), as well as HyperText Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for customizing user interfaces

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating ServiceNow Upgrades including test script development, execution and post-upgrade validation

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross functionally across HR, IT, and vendor teams

  • Workday or other Human Capital Management (HCM) system configuration experience

  • PMP certification, completed project management coursework, or 2+ years’ experience managing projects

  • Must be able to work with highly sensitive data and exercise good judgment based on internal/external applicable rules and external regulations

  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate to clients

  • Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking skills

  • Self-motivated team player

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel: Willingness to occasionally travel both domestically and internationally.

  • Office work environment: Remote work available once a week for eligible employees

  • 20% to 40% of Work Time is required outside of local time zone to collaborate with other regions

  • This role is eligible for domestic relocation
