Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) – Corporate Headquarters Functions

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Senior Analyst, you will be part of a team that acts as financial business partners and advisors to our global corporate business units. You will be aligned to Global Safety and Regulatory Affairs (GSARA), Business Process Technology (BPT) and Global Shared Services Center (SSC) organizations. You will report to a Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Budget and forecast functional expenses such as salaries/benefits, professional services, travel, etc. in partnership with GSARA and SSC organizations.)

  • Issue monthly functional expense reporting and commentary on variances to budget/forecast to ensure business partners are tracking to financial commitments

  • Lead month- and year-end close tasks in SAP, such as accrual/prepaid accounting, creating/approving intercompany billings and reviewing cost center activity

  • Support ad-hoc requests from business partners to aid in business decisions

  • Manage invoice exception tracking, reporting and resolution

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other relevant business program and 2+ years of relevant business experience

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Strong Excel proficiency

  • understanding of basic accounting concepts (accruals, prepaids)

  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines

  • Works well independently as well as cross functionally

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and confidence to interact with all organizational levels

  • SAP

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • This position will be located at our Howe Street Global Headquarters in Racine.

  • Full-time Monday through Friday business hours.

  • Remote work is available once a week following a 90-day onboarding period.

  • Position is NOT eligible for relocation.
