ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Associate Manager, Brand Portfolio & Equity, you’ll help shape the future of the Ziploc® brand by managing and strengthening a portfolio that meets consumer needs, supports brand growth, and stays competitive in the marketplace.
You’ll lead work across portfolio maintenance, product renovation projects, and media-to-cart execution, turning brand strategy into clear action. This includes partnering closely with innovation teams, monitoring product performance, updating assortments, and helping ensure the portfolio reflects the right mix for today’s shoppers.
You’ll also play a key role in bringing the brand to life through compelling marketing assets and by owning Ziploc’s® earned media strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Portfolio Strategy and Claims Development:
Scope, lead and deliver commercialization for key core bags product improvements and renovations from concept to launch, rooted in brand strategy, inspired by compelling consumer insights and positioned to win with relevant audiences.
Work with the innovation team to identify and integrate brand-relevant innovations to fuel brand growth and category stewardship.
Partner with brand managers to develop and implement comprehensive segment claim strategy, including a short to long-term roadmap of milestones.
Lead LLM optimization for Ziploc®, using insights to improve brand visibility and inclusion in AI-generated recommendations
Market Optimization:
Take charge of the business by analyzing syndicated data (Nielsen), internal shipment data, market research and other sources to both monitor performance and make actionable business recommendations, leading monthly share reporting.
Help execute a winning portfolio strategy, by developing and leading sell-in decks for core bags renovations and assist manager on media-to-cart launch strategy.
Ziploc® Media To Cart & Marketing Innovation:
Help to execute key brand partnerships in FY27; cultivating and executing activations that align to broader brand strategy, drive connection and integrate into key cultural moments.
Continue to iterate and help execute Ziploc® core bags and mega-brand campaigns, rooted in consumer insights tied to brand strategy, and brought to life with best-in-class agency partnership.
Craft Ziploc® Core Bag’s brand narrative through our Earned media strategy, finding new ways to engage with consumers and engage with key audiences.
Partner with Brand Managers to build out media-to-cart strategies to drive online and offline conversions, ensuring seamless consumer journeys from awareness to purchase.
Lead LLM optimization for Ziploc®, using insights to improve brand visibility and inclusion in AI-generated recommendations
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of marketing experience OR and advanced degree and 3+ years of marketing experience required
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full time onsite role in Mt. Pleasant, WI
Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees after 90-day onboarding period
This role is eligible for domestic relocation
