ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Associate, Total Rewards - Mobility, you will play a key role in supporting SC Johnson’s efforts to deliver competitive, employee‑focused mobility, compensation, and benefits programs. In this role, you’ll apply your analytical and technical skills to help implement Total Rewards initiatives that enhance the employee experience across the organization. You will serve as a trusted resource for employees, managing inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring seamless execution of global mobility programs. With a strong focus on service excellence, you will deliver timely, high‑quality support to employees throughout the North America region, helping them navigate important moments in their career and personal journeys.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support global mobility program administration
Assist with Total Rewards programs in the assigned region, including benefits, compensation and retirement
Answer and manage inbound calls in the Human Resources Delivery Center call center, providing excellent customer service to employees
Provide technical and consultative support to HR stakeholders regarding Total Rewards programs
Respond to and resolve HR process and policy inquiries related to compensation, benefits, retirement, mobility, and vendor management across multiple channels (email, case management, phone, chat)
Utilize knowledge management tools to complete inquiries and transactions efficiently
Meet and exceed defined service levels for business performance goals
Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate parties as needed
Accurately document all interactions in case management system
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of Human Resources experience
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Knowledge of Total Rewards practices, including global mobility, compensation, retirement, benefits, pay, and HR systems
Experience working in an HR call center environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing
Proficient with Microsoft Office software (especially Excel); experience with HR systems such as Workday is preferred
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues and stakeholders
Effective communications skills and strong customer service orientation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full-time onsite role in Racine, Wisconsin
Work Hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM (Mondays to Fridays)
Shifting work schedule might be required depending on the critical deliverables and the urgent requirements of countries supported
Remote work available once a week for eligible employees
This role is not eligible for relocation
